Motic's MPA – Standard Spec models are a series of industrial measuring microscopes designed for precise 2D measurements, with the possibility of observation in brightfield, darkfield, polarizing and DIC, and in some models also precise height measurement on a motorized Z-axis.
The series is intended for industrial uses such as semiconductor, PCB, LCD, optical communication, electronics, metal molds, medical devices, automotive and the calibration field.
MPA models emphasize measurement accuracy, advanced optics and a reliable tracking/calibration system.
There is also a wide measurement area configuration, for example MPA3030 with a measurement range of 300x300 mm.
