Precision and Repeatability
The Mortar Grinder operates at a pestle speed of 100 rpm, ensuring consistent, precise, and reproducible grinding results

Working Principle
The PMG–200 operates using pressure and friction. The sample material is introduced into the grinding area between the mortar and the pestle through a hopper. The scraper continuously feeds the material into the grinding zone, ensuring it is subjected to uniform grinding and mixing.
The pestle is uniquely offset from the center of the mortar, which causes it to rotate automatically as it comes into contact with the mortar and sample material. Grinding pressure is achieved by the pestle's own weight, combined with an adjustable spring pressure applied to its axis, offering precise control over the grinding process.
Applications
The Mortar Grinder is suitable for a wide variety of laboratory and industrial applications:
- ●Sample Types: Hard, soft, brittle, and pasty samples.
- ●Typical Examples: Soils, chemical products, medicinal herbs, yeast cells, cocoa, food, grains, oil, fruit, salt, slags, silicates, glass, ceramics, and cement clinker.
