      Inert Gas Package HTRV __/100/250, The Inert-Gas-Package provides inert gas operation for tube furnaces and serves as mandatory basis for the optional available vacuum pump packages for vacuum operation of tube furnaces., The Inert-Gas-Package is prepared for a customer provided inert gas supply (with mandatory pressure reducer). The water cooled stainless steel flanges are gas tight as well as vacuum tight. The gas flow can be stopped with the supplied gas valve. By using the fine control valve of the flowmeter the gas flow can be adjusted. With an optional available vacuum pump package the tube furnace can work under vacuum. An overflow valve releases the gas in case of high pressure inside the work tube., The Inert-Gas-Package consists of the following positions:, Ceramic tube 799 (RCA/Alsint) ø100xø88x1040mm, RCA (Alsint) = 99,7% Al2O3, (recrystallized aluminiumoxide), -Tmax: 1800°C, -Gas tight, -Tmax for vacuum operation: 1450°C, - Maximum thermal shock resistance (ramp rate) 300 K/h (5K/min), - Both sides glued sealing sleeves, Two Fibre wool blankets, Two insulation sleeve positioned around the working tube directly at the furnace outlet, - Reduces the temperature gradients in ceramic tubes, Two radiation shield packed for oxidizing atmosphere, ready manufactured, - From Ceramic 799, - Ends taped by snap wire, - Ray shield, spacers and support tubes, Two water cooled flange type VFW 100-NW40, from stainless steel, - Flange ring and flange cover with cooling, - Small flange KF, - Hose nozzle and connection hoses, - Screws, - O-Rings, Gasinlet valve and flow controller with fine needle valve (Argon 2-20 litres per hour, other inert gases on request) mounted in the frame of the furnace, Overflow valve to release gas in case of high pressure, Two flange supports, - Metal housing for support of VS-equipment with water cooled flange, - Mounted on the furnace housing, L-Stativ Frame (floor L-stand), - Installation of one further gas equipment (gas inlet valve and flow controller with fine control valve) is optional available
